Terms of Service

1. Purpose and scope

These terms set out the conditions for using TeleBoard, a telemetry overlay program for video (the "App"), and for purchasing subscriptions, provided by Tanbam (the "Provider"). By installing the App or registering a license key, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and license

• The App is offered in three tiers: Free, Plus and Pro. Features and export limits for each tier (resolution, length, watermark, available modules, etc.) are as described on the purchase page.
• Plus and Pro are yearly subscriptions and renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
• A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. All rights to the App's source code, modules and design belong to the Provider.
• A license key is for one purchaser and can be registered on up to 3 devices. Keys may not be shared with third parties or resold.

3. Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Handling of payments and taxes (VAT, etc.) is governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms. You can cancel your subscription from the subscription management link in your receipt email; after cancelling, you can keep using the App until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

• You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. The same applies to renewal payments.
• The refund amount is the payment amount minus the payment processing fee. Plus: $2 deducted (e.g. $23 refunded on a $25 payment). Pro: $3 deducted (e.g. $47 refunded on a $50 payment).
• Send refund requests to tanbam.78@gmail.com together with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
• Once a refund is completed, the license key is suspended and the App switches to the free version within 3 days while connected to the internet.
• Refunds are generally not available more than 7 days after payment. If you cancel your subscription, you can use the App until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. License verification and updates

• When started, the App sends information (license key, device name, registration status) over the internet to Lemon Squeezy's servers to verify that the license key is valid.
• If verification cannot be completed for 3 days, the App runs as the free version. It returns to your subscription tier once it is connected to the internet and verification succeeds.
• Keys whose subscription has ended, or that have been refunded or suspended, switch to the free version at the next check.
• To check for new versions, the App connects to the Provider's update server (update.tanbam.co.kr). If a new version is available, a notice window lets you download and install it.

6. User responsibilities

You must not:

• bypass, tamper with or reverse-engineer the App or its license verification;
• share, sell or lend license keys; or
• create or distribute videos that violate laws or the rights of third parties.

You hold the rights to, and are responsible for, your videos, location and sensor data, and the output you create.

7. Privacy

The only information the Provider processes is the minimum needed for license verification (purchaser name and email, license key, device name), provided via Lemon Squeezy. The App does not send your videos or sensor data to the Provider's servers. See the Privacy Policy on this website for details.

8. Changes to and termination of the service

• The Provider may improve or change features and plans. Subscription price increases will be announced before renewal.
• If the Provider ends the service, it will give [30 days'] notice and take measures such as [refunding the remaining period or releasing an update that removes license verification] for subscription periods already paid.
• After the service ends, updates and customer support may stop.

9. Maps and external data

Maps, satellite imagery and other external data used by the App are subject to their providers' terms (for example, OpenStreetMap attribution). The Provider is not responsible for the interruption or change of those services.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The App is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to run without errors in every environment.
• Unless caused by intent or gross negligence, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or videos arising from use of the App; where liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription in the last 12 months.

11. Restriction and termination

If a violation of these terms (key sharing, misuse, etc.) is confirmed, the Provider may suspend the license key or terminate the subscription. Whether a refund applies in that case depends on the nature of the violation.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Republic of Korea], and disputes will be resolved in [competent court].
