1. Overview

Tanbam (the "Provider") provides TeleBoard, a telemetry overlay program for video (the "App"), and this website, and takes the handling of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information the Provider processes and why.

2. Information we process

The Provider processes the following information.

• When you buy a subscription: your name, email, order details and license key. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy; payment method details (such as card numbers) are not passed to the Provider.
• When the App starts and verifies your license: license key, device name and registration status.
• When you visit this website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region, referral source and similar usage statistics (see section 6).
• When you contact us: your email address and the content of your message.

3. Purposes

• License verification, subscription management, and handling of renewals, cancellations and refunds
• Responding to inquiries and announcing updates
• Understanding and improving use of the website

4. What the App sends to servers

When the App starts, it sends your license key, device name and registration status to Lemon Squeezy's servers to verify that the license is valid. It also connects to the Provider's update server (update.tanbam.co.kr) to check for new versions. The App does not send your videos, location or sensor data, or the output you create to the Provider's servers; all video processing takes place on your PC.

5. Sharing and processors

The Provider does not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. The following companies process information to the extent needed to operate the service.

• Lemon Squeezy (United States and elsewhere): payments, tax handling, and subscription and license management. Your information may be transferred outside your country.
• Google (Google Analytics): website usage statistics
• Cloudflare: delivery of the website and update files

6. Cookies and web analytics

• This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect visit statistics; information that directly identifies you is not passed to the Provider.
• You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the opt-out tools Google provides (such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on).
• If you play the YouTube video embedded on the homepage, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies. The video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so no cookies are set before you play it.

7. Retention

• Subscription, payment and license information: kept for the duration of your subscription, then retained for the period required by law before being deleted.
• Inquiries: deleted without delay once handled, although they may be kept for a period if needed to respond to a dispute.
• Web analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information at any time by emailing the contact address below; we will act without undue delay. You can also view and cancel your subscription yourself from the subscription management link in your receipt email.

9. Security

The Provider takes reasonable protective measures, such as restricting access to systems that process personal information and encrypting data in transit (HTTPS). Payment information is held by Lemon Squeezy and is not stored on the Provider's servers.
